Chicago · A coordinated meeting program
Chicago Roadshow Transportation
Connect investor meetings, board appointments and office visits on one reviewed Chicago ground plan. Give the organizing contact, travel party and chauffeur the same accepted schedule, from the first pickup through the final departure.
Reserve your ride
Start with the first pickup, local date, trip type and vehicle in the booking form. For a longer program, contact Artisan with each day's stop order, required arrival times and final dropoff; one submitted journey does not reserve the remaining days.

Compare exact sedan and SUV reserved-time examples for an approved local meeting itinerary. A multi-day, multi-vehicle or group program needs its complete schedule and arrangement reviewed before acceptance.
| Vehicle class | Per hour | 4 hours | 6 hours | Approved 30-minute extension |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $120 | $480 | $720 | $60 |
| Executive SUV — Suburban | $144 | $576 | $864 | $72 |
| Luxury SUV — Escalade | $165 | $660 | $990 | $82.50 |
| Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series | $200 | $800 | $1,200 | $100 |
- 3-hour minimum. The online form accepts 3–12 whole hours; contact Artisan for a longer or multi-day program. Review the complete price and itinerary before accepting.
- For an approved local itinerary, the confirmed hourly price covers the chauffeur, vehicle, ordinary local stops and waiting within the reserved window, together with required trip costs. Gratuity is optional.
- Extra time requires dispatch and customer approval and is billed at the same class rate in 30-minute increments, rounded upward in time. A materially changed or non-local itinerary needs review before it is accepted. Group vehicles have their own written quote and terms.
Program or trip
A roadshow is the meeting plan around the rides
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment · Artisan Limo: waiting and reserved hourly time
One airport-to-office journey is a transfer. A few stops with a retained vehicle may be hourly service. A roadshow adds a coordinated business program: required meeting arrivals, changing participants, organizing contacts and an agreed transport window for each day. Send that full plan before relying on the individual journeys.
Use the roadshow plan for investor visits, management presentations or a board itinerary. The corporate page handles recurring company travel and account requirements; the hourly page explains reserved duration. A roadshow does not automatically include a corporate account, billing arrangement or additional vehicle.
| Your business plan | Start with | Detail to include |
|---|---|---|
| Airport to one meeting | Direct transfer | Flight, required arrival and actual entrance |
| Several stops with waiting | Reserved hourly service | Stop order, retained time and final dropoff |
| Timed investor or board program | Roadshow itinerary review | Each day, meeting deadlines and change approver |
| Recurring employee or client travel | Corporate-account inquiry | Arranging team, billing and approval requirements |
Stop sequence
Build the schedule from the required meeting arrivals
Planning sources: Choose Chicago: the Loop · Choose Chicago: West Loop and Fulton Market
For each appointment, list the complete address, passenger entrance, required arrival and expected meeting finish. Add time for boarding, office security, luggage and the road journey between stops. A Loop meeting, a West Loop or Fulton Market visit and a suburban office need their own addresses; a neighborhood name is not a loading instruction.
Flag the deadline that cannot move, such as a presentation or outbound flight. Mark optional stops separately so the organizing contact can decide what to change if a meeting runs late. A sample sequence is a hotel pickup, Loop appointment, Fulton Market visit and final airport transfer; it is a planning example without a promised driving time.
Before the first pickup
Share the current stop order, reachable travelers, complete bags and required arrival at the first meeting.
Between appointments
Keep the permitted loading point and meeting-release contact clear. Waiting uses the retained service window.
Before the final departure
Include any luggage collection, the correct airport or FBO and the flight team's required passenger arrival.
Days and contacts
Keep each day's travelers and transport window explicit
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment
Send a dated program with the first pickup and final dropoff for each day. Identify which people travel together, who joins later and which bags or presentation equipment move with them. Overnight retention, separate arrival vehicles and chauffeur continuity across days require review rather than following automatically from one hourly booking.
Name the person arranging the program separately from the traveling principal. Give the traveler's reachable phone and the contact who can approve a changed stop, time or vehicle. If confidentiality paperwork, a specific chauffeur or essential cabin equipment matters, raise it before acceptance; those requirements are not assumed benefits.
| Program detail | Supply for each day | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Service window | Local date, first pickup and final dropoff | A confirmed day does not reserve another day |
| People and bags | Travel party, joining travelers and complete luggage | Seat count alone does not establish cabin fit |
| Meeting sequence | Addresses, entrances and required arrival times | The chauffeur needs the actual stop order |
| Approval contact | Arranger, traveler and authorized change contact | A changed plan must be accepted before being relied on |
Schedule changes
Make the latest accepted itinerary the working plan
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment · Artisan Limo: program cancellation and accepted changes · Artisan Limo: waiting and reserved hourly time
If a meeting overruns, a participant joins or the next entrance changes, contact Artisan with the existing request reference and the proposed revision. Identify whether the final airport deadline still stands. Additional stops or hours may affect the price and vehicle window, and must be reviewed before the changed journey is relied upon.
An emailed agenda or unacknowledged message is not an accepted amendment. A material service or price change requires acceptance of the revised offer. If an expected confirmation or change message is missing, contact the concierge with the reference; silence does not approve the new schedule.
Short-notice programs need the same review. Send the first pickup, time, whole stop order, passengers and bags. Availability must be confirmed; no immediate response, same-day vehicle or unrestricted extension is promised.
Airports and FBOs
Connect the meeting program to the actual flight handoff
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: changed flights and airports · Chicago Executive Airport: passenger facilities and FBO selection · DuPage Flight Center: West Chicago facility and concierge
For ORD or MDW airline arrivals, provide the flight number, local arrival date and reachable traveler. Landing is not the time the passenger is ready after baggage or international formalities. The first meeting needs room for that handoff as well as traffic; an earlier landing does not guarantee an earlier meeting arrival.
For private aviation, name the airport and actual FBO, aircraft reference when available, handler contact and confirmed passenger entrance. A roadshow ending at Chicago Executive or DuPage must use the flight team's departure plan. A private-flight reservation does not grant ramp access, and the final ground dropoff is not aircraft boarding clearance.
Vehicles and terms
Review vehicle fit, duration and program terms together
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: vehicle classes and capacity · Artisan Limo: child-seat requirements · Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment · Artisan Limo: waiting and reserved hourly time · Artisan Limo: program cancellation and accepted changes
Count every traveler, bag and equipment item. Choose a sedan or SUV for the actual party, or request a Sprinter, coach or other group class in the main booking form. The offer must identify the configuration and capacity; a group name alone does not establish the cabin layout, equipment or room for luggage.
Artisan-provided child seats require an SUV, with up to two requested subject to availability. Supply each child's age, weight, height and restraint configuration. Describe mobility equipment or boarding assistance before acceptance so the actual vehicle can be reviewed.
Hourly waiting uses the reserved duration; an extension requires review. Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted price, gratuity is optional, and changes or excess waiting may cost extra under the accepted terms. An eligible request remains unconfirmed until approval and successful payment of its accepted total; direct checkout, invoice and deposit arrangements follow their accepted payment terms. Multi-day roadshows and group programs have a seven-day full-refund cancellation notice window before the first pickup; other standard confirmed bookings have 48 hours. Inside the applicable window a refund is discretionary, and accepted written exceptions may apply.

Chicago roadshow planning questions
For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.
Speak with the conciergeHow is a roadshow different from hourly chauffeur service?
Hourly reserves a vehicle and chauffeur for the agreed time. A roadshow plan connects that service to required meeting arrivals, program contacts, changing travelers and a reviewed window for each day. Choose hourly for retained time, then share the complete business program for review.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: waiting and reserved hourly time · Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment
What should an executive assistant send for a Chicago roadshow?
Send each local date, first pickup, final dropoff, complete meeting addresses and entrances, required arrivals, expected finishes, travelers and bags. Include separate arranger and traveler contacts and the person authorized to accept changes.
Can one program cover multiple days or separate arrival vehicles?
Ask Artisan to review every day's transport window and each passenger group. An accepted first journey does not reserve additional days or vehicles. Chauffeur continuity, overnight retention and separate arrival arrangements require explicit confirmation.

What happens if an investor meeting finishes late?
Contact Artisan with the request reference, revised release time and next required arrival. Additional hours, stops or a different vehicle window need review; material service or price changes require acceptance before taking effect. Do not treat an unanswered message as approval.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: program cancellation and accepted changes · Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment
Can a roadshow start at an airport and finish at an FBO?
Include both journeys in the program. Give the actual arrival airport and flight, and the departure airport, FBO and flight-team deadline. Use the airport page for physical pickup instructions. The ground reservation does not book a flight, clear customs or authorize ramp access.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: changed flights and airports · Chicago Executive Airport: passenger facilities and FBO selection · DuPage Flight Center: West Chicago facility and concierge
Are a particular chauffeur, NDA or cabin amenities included?
Raise any required chauffeur continuity, confidentiality paperwork or essential equipment before acceptance. Those requirements need trip-specific confirmation; they are not guaranteed by selecting roadshow transportation.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment
Can I arrange a Chicago roadshow at short notice?
Contact Artisan with the first pickup, local time, full agenda, people and luggage. Operator and vehicle availability must be reviewed. A submitted request or missing response does not reserve the program; rely on the accepted confirmation.
Planning sources: Artisan Limo: requests, approval and payment
Which cancellation terms apply to a multi-day roadshow?
Multi-day roadshows, group programs and other large or event bookings require at least seven days' notice before the first pickup for a full refund. Standard confirmed bookings use 48 hours. Inside the applicable window the refund is discretionary and may be partial or zero. Different terms must be disclosed in writing and accepted before payment.
