How it works

MIA to PortMiami: how it works

Flying in on the morning of your cruise? Leave enough time for a late flight, baggage claim and the cruise line's check-in cutoff. A car service can't hold a ship. If you fly in the day before, we pick you up at your hotel on sailing day. See Miami airport car service for MIA pickup details.

  1. Book with your flight number and ship

We track the flight in real time, so your chauffeur's timing moves if you land early or late.

  2. Collect your bags on Level 1

Domestic arrivals in a sedan or SUV include 60 minutes of waiting and international arrivals 90 minutes, counted from wheels-down. For Sprinters, vans and coaches, waiting is set in the written quote.

  3. Call the concierge

We give you the car's description, plate and the door to walk out to. With the $25 meet-and-greet, your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim.

  4. Ride to your terminal

Your chauffeur drops you and your luggage at your terminal's curb.

Return to MIA

Port of Miami to Miami airport

After your cruise, give us the ship, the date, your terminal and your flight. Pick a pickup time from your cruise line's disembarkation plan, then call the concierge when you and your bags are off the ship and we tell you where your chauffeur is waiting.

A port pickup is a scheduled pickup, not an airport arrival, so the airport waiting times don't apply. If disembarkation runs late, call the concierge. Your ship may return to a different terminal than it left from. PortMiami runs a free shuttle between terminals only in that case, so tell us the return terminal once your cruise line confirms it.

Your chauffeur drops you at your airline on MIA's upper (departures) level, where the airport directs passenger drop-offs.
