LAX to Disneyland pricing by vehicle class

Enter LAX and your exact Anaheim hotel or permitted resort dropoff, with the passengers, bags and child-seat needs. Starting fares do not establish a flat LAX-to-Disneyland price.

Point-to-point starting fares
Vehicle classStarting from
Executive Sedan$135
Executive SUV — Suburban$155
Luxury SUV — Escalade$185
Luxury Sedan — S-Class/7 Series$235

Optional meet & greet is $25 for an eligible airport arrival when selected in the booking form. Confirm the terminal or FBO meeting arrangement before acceptance.

  • Starting fares are the minimum for each vehicle class, not a fixed airport or destination fare. Your complete trip price depends on the exact addresses, itinerary and selected options.
  • Enter your exact addresses and review the complete required trip price before acceptance. Required trip costs are included; optional gratuity is separate. Accepted changes and excess waiting can cost extra.

Sedan and SUV requests are reviewed for Artisan approval. Sprinters, passenger vans, Mini Coaches and Motorcoaches receive a written quote in the same booking form.

Choose the right arrival

Your hotel and the theme parks need different drop-offs

For a hotel stay, enter the property's full name and address, including the entrance or valet location if the hotel provides one. Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Pixar Place Hotel and hotels elsewhere in Anaheim are separate destinations. A general ‘Disneyland’ address can leave the wrong arrival point in your itinerary.

For a direct park or Downtown Disney visit, Disney identifies official loading areas on Harbor Boulevard and at Downtown Disney District. The Harbor Boulevard area is approached from the southbound side; the Downtown Disney area is reached via Magic Way and Downtown Drive. Agree on the intended area before travel and follow current signs and staff directions. A transfer ends at a permitted loading point, with the remaining walk and entrance process still ahead.

  1. Hotel first

Use the actual property and entrance. If the room may not be ready, ask that hotel about its current luggage-storage arrangements before choosing a park-first drop-off.

  2. Theme parks

Name the official resort loading area you intend to use, rather than asking the vehicle to reach a park gate.

  3. Downtown Disney

Specify the District loading area. A restaurant name or the Simba parking lot alone is not a confirmed chauffeur meeting point.

LAX arrival

Connect your LAX flight to the Anaheim itinerary

Give the airline, flight number, local arrival date and a reachable traveler phone number. The pickup plan needs time for deplaning, baggage and, where applicable, immigration and customs before the road journey. An arrival time on the ticket is not the time your family will be ready with all its bags.

Use the confirmed LAX instructions for your booked vehicle and terminal. Keep a hotel stop, groceries or another planned visit in the original request so the route and waiting can be reviewed together. If your flight or destination changes, contact the concierge with the revised details; an added stop or revised itinerary may change the accepted price.

Road conditions vary. Choose the transfer around the flight and the full destination, without relying on a fixed driving time to protect a dining reservation or park-entry plan.

Plan the complete party

Choose the vehicle for children, suitcases and the stroller

Count each child as a passenger and include checked bags, carry-ons and the folded stroller. Executive and Luxury Sedans list up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs list up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Those counts do not settle every load: a double stroller, large cases or mobility equipment needs a fit review alongside the seats occupied.

Artisan's child-seat option requires an SUV. Request up to two seats in advance, subject to availability, and provide each child's age, weight, height and rear-facing, forward-facing or booster configuration. If bringing your own restraint, select that option so installation time can be planned. The parent or guardian must confirm the child's final fit and securement before the ride.

For more passengers or a larger load, select a group vehicle in the main booking form and provide the full party and luggage list. Sprinters and other group vehicles receive a written quote. Do not assume the SUV child-seat installation option also applies to a van; describe the need so the suitable arrangement can be reviewed before acceptance.

Reserve the return with its own date, pickup location and actual airport. Give the airline and departure time, then choose a car pickup time that allows for road conditions and the airline's check-in and bag-drop deadlines. If you arrive at LAX but fly home from SNA or LGB, the return request must name that airport.

For a hotel pickup, allow time to retrieve stored luggage and gather the whole party at the agreed entrance. For a park pickup, allow for the walk out, collecting any belongings and folding the stroller before reaching the confirmed loading area. Disney allows brief loading-area waiting but prohibits parked or unattended vehicles there; the car cannot serve as a place to hold your bags while you continue visiting.

A scheduled resort or hotel pickup uses the agreed point-to-point waiting terms, rather than an airport arrival allowance. The standard point-to-point window is 15 minutes from scheduled pickup, with the exact terms confirmed in writing. Contact the concierge promptly if you need a later time; a change depends on review and availability.

Airport alternatives

Flying into John Wayne or Long Beach instead?

Disney lists John Wayne Airport and Long Beach Airport among its airport transportation choices. If your ticket uses SNA or LGB, start the reservation with that actual airport and the same precise hotel or resort destination. This page's primary journey is LAX to Disneyland; changing airports changes the trip you are asking Artisan to review.

Use the airport page for the current meeting plan. Resort transportation descriptions do not establish the permitted pickup area for every private-car category at SNA or LGB. Choose flight schedules and the complete travel plan together rather than assuming one airport always produces a faster or cheaper ride.

Price and booking

Review the full Disneyland transfer before accepting

Enter the exact LAX origin, destination, vehicle class, stops and requested options to review the complete trip price. Do not assume one fixed fare applies to every LAX-to-Disneyland itinerary. Required normal trip fees are included in the agreed price for the accepted itinerary; gratuity is optional. Later changes, extra stops and waiting beyond the allowance follow the accepted terms.

Use the same booking form for sedan, SUV and group requests. An eligible reservation request saves the card without a charge and remains unconfirmed. If Artisan approves the exact request, confirmation follows successful payment of the accepted total. A revised offer needs your acceptance; group vehicles receive their arrangements and price in a written offer.

LAX to Disneyland transfer questions

For your exact route, vehicle and timing, review the trip details and terms before submitting.

Speak with the concierge
How should I compare a private transfer with a shared shuttle or on-demand ride?

Compare the actual destination, pickup arrangement, passengers, luggage and child-seat needs before comparing prices. An Artisan request specifies the journey, vehicle class and requested options for review before acceptance. For a shared shuttle, check that provider's stops, departure schedule and baggage terms; for an on-demand ride, check the available vehicle and restraint arrangement. No option is always the cheapest or quickest for every family. Disney's airport guide lists alternatives, while your actual provider confirms the current service terms.

Can you take us from LAX to our Disneyland-area hotel?

Request the full hotel name, address and entrance, with the arrival flight and all passengers and bags. A hotel stay should use that property's arrival point rather than a general park destination. The exact itinerary and vehicle still require Artisan approval.

Can we go directly to the parks instead of a hotel?

Name the intended official resort drop-off. Disney identifies Harbor Boulevard and Downtown Disney loading areas; follow the agreed arrangement, current signs and staff directions. Plan the remaining walk and security process separately from the car transfer.

What if our hotel room is not ready when we arrive?

Ask your actual hotel to confirm current luggage storage and check-in arrangements. If the bags need to be left there first, include the hotel as the destination or as a planned stop before the resort drop-off. The transfer itself does not include hotel storage, early room access or a vehicle held for the day.

Can I request child seats for the Disneyland transfer?

Choose an SUV and request up to two seats in advance, subject to availability. Give each child's age, weight, height and seat type, and include the stroller and all bags. If you bring your own restraint, select that option at booking. The guardian is responsible for checking final fit and securement.

Does the car stay with us while we visit Disneyland?

A point-to-point transfer reserves the accepted journey. It does not hold a car during the park visit. Arrange a separate return pickup, or request hourly service if you need the vehicle between planned stops and have the full itinerary reviewed.

Can we return to SNA or LGB after arriving at LAX?

Yes, request the return using its actual airport, date and pickup address. Give the departure flight and allow for luggage retrieval, traffic and airline deadlines when choosing the hotel or resort pickup time. The return leg needs its own accepted arrangement.

Is the quote final when I submit the booking form?

A submitted request is unconfirmed. Review the complete price and itinerary, including stops and options; Artisan approval and the accepted payment terms determine confirmation. Required normal trip fees are included for that accepted arrangement, gratuity is optional, and later changes or excess waiting can add charges.
