PBI Airport Car Service

The airport’s official FAQ states that the name President Donald J. Trump International Airport took effect on July 9, 2026, along with the FAA code DJT and ICAO code KDJT. The airline IATA code changed from PBI to DJT on August 18, 2026. The familiar ‘PBI’ name in older trip notes and searches refers to this same West Palm Beach airport.

Use the airport and flight information on your current airline documents. When choosing a pickup location, check the actual airport result and address rather than relying on the old code alone. Send the airline, flight number and local arrival date so the pickup record matches the flight you are taking.

The airport’s current limousine guidance describes advance reservations with authorized for-hire vehicles displaying an airport decal. Make the arrangement before arrival and use the meeting instructions confirmed for your actual booked vehicle.

Collect bags and keep your phone reachable for coordination. The public limousine page does not establish one universal door for every reservation. If you need an inside greeting or assistance finding the loading area, request that arrangement ahead of travel and confirm where the meeting will take place.

West Palm Beach and Palm Beach are distinct destinations. Give the full hotel, home, office or club address and any gate or valet instructions. For Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Delray Beach or Boca Raton, include the complete endpoint and any intermediate stop rather than only the city name.

If the trip continues to meetings, shopping or appointments after the first stop, select hourly service and list the addresses in sequence. Include your final return or departure destination so the reserved duration and itinerary can be reviewed together.

Executive and Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and 3 bags; Executive and Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Include golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs and other oversized items in the luggage details so actual fit can be reviewed. Sprinters and other group classes are quoted in the main booking flow.

Child-seat requests require an SUV. Request up to two seats, subject to availability, with each child’s age, weight, height and rear-facing, forward-facing or booster configuration. Select the bring-your-own option if applicable; the guardian remains responsible for final fit and securement.

Standard sedan and SUV arrivals include 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international from actual wheels-down. Taxiing, deplaning, collecting bags and any customs formalities use that time; the clock does not begin only when you reach the curb. Group vehicles follow the waiting terms in their accepted written offer.

For a delay, changed flight number, diversion or missed connection, contact the concierge with the current itinerary. Early-arrival adjustments depend on availability. If your actual arrival changes to FLL or MIA, the airport, route and ground meeting need review rather than an assumed automatic substitution.

For a departing flight, enter the time the car should arrive at your pickup address. Allow for your airline’s check-in and bag-drop deadlines and the road journey. A scheduled sedan or SUV hotel or home transfer includes 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time; group vehicles follow their accepted written offer.

If continuing to Fort Lauderdale, Miami or a cruise, include the full destination and any stops. For Port Everglades or PortMiami, supply the ship, sailing date, terminal when known and assigned check-in time. Do not treat an airport’s scheduled landing as passenger-ready time or assume every South Florida cruise uses the same port.

Required normal trip fees are included in the accepted fare for the agreed itinerary and vehicle. Gratuity is optional. Stops added later, changes to the route or time and excess waiting can affect the price. Review the written offer for the complete journey.

An eligible reservation request saves a card without charging and remains unconfirmed. Approval of the exact accepted request and successful payment confirm the trip; a revised offer needs your acceptance. Direct-checkout, invoice and deposit offers follow their stated payment terms.

No cancellation fee applies before confirmation. Standard confirmed transfers have a full-refund window of at least 48 hours before pickup. Inside that window any refund is discretionary. Group and event programs use seven days before the first pickup, with written accepted exceptions where applicable.
